Lucid Capital Markets initiated coverage on Swarmer (NASDAQ: SWMR) with a Buy rating and a $60.00 price target, citing the company’s strong positioning in the rapidly growing drone warfare technology sector.
The firm described Swarmer as an emerging provider of software used to coordinate drone swarms across multiple hardware platforms and mission types. The company’s technology has already been deployed in more than 100,000 combat missions in Ukraine.
Lucid highlighted that geopolitical tensions, including the conflict involving Iran, are increasing demand for low-cost interceptor solutions, further supporting growth prospects.
The firm believes Swarmer benefits from a significant competitive moat, driven by its real-world combat experience, scalable business model, and software-like gross margins.
Based on its projections, Lucid sees the company becoming a critical supplier to global militaries and drone manufacturers. The $60 price target is based on an 18.5x enterprise value-to-sales multiple applied to 2028 estimates.
