Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) Poised for Growth with AI Infrastructure and Expanded Google Partnership

  • Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) is a leading semiconductor company specializing in custom silicon and connectivity products for high-growth markets such as AI infrastructure, data centers, networking, and storage.
  • Jefferies maintained its Buy rating and raised its price target to $325.00 from $235.00 on June 26, 2026. Using the cited share price of $245.16, the target represents potential upside of approximately 32.57%.
  • An expanded agreement with Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL) could generate up to $120 billion in cumulative revenue for Marvell through fiscal 2033, subject to Google meeting specified purchasing and performance milestones.

Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL) designs and sells semiconductors for data infrastructure. The company specializes in custom silicon and connectivity products for data centers, networking, and storage. A key part of its business supports growing demand for artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure, placing Marvell in competition with companies such as Broadcom and NVIDIA across different parts of the AI semiconductor market.

Jefferies analyst Blayne Curtis raised the firm’s price target for Marvell to $325.00 from $235.00 on June 26, 2026, while maintaining a Buy rating. Using the cited share price of $245.16, the target implies potential upside of approximately 32.57%. A price target is an analyst’s projection rather than a guarantee of future performance.

Another important development is Marvell’s expanded agreement with Google. The companies will work on custom silicon for Google’s AI infrastructure, including products connected to its Tensor Processing Unit ecosystem, storage controllers, networking components, and memory-interface technology. The agreement could generate up to $120 billion in cumulative purchases through fiscal 2033, but that figure is contingent on Google meeting revenue and performance milestones and should not be characterized as guaranteed revenue.

Marvell’s first-quarter fiscal 2027 results also showed strong growth. Revenue increased 28% year over year to $2.42 billion. Data-center revenue reached a record $1.83 billion, rising 27% year over year and accounting for 76% of total revenue.

Looking ahead, management projected second-quarter revenue of approximately $2.70 billion, plus or minus 5%, representing about 35% year-over-year growth at the midpoint. The company also raised its full-year fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to nearly $11.50 billion, representing expected growth of approximately 40%. This outlook reflects strong demand, particularly across Marvell’s AI, custom-silicon, optical-connectivity, and data-center businesses.
