Finally, New Era Energy & Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUAI) rose 21.9% to $6.60. BlackRock previously reported beneficial ownership of approximately 6.22 million shares, or 6.1% of the company, but this was not a new September 8 investment and should not be described as the direct catalyst.
