Alliance Entertainment Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: AENT) is an entertainment commerce and collectibles company that distributes music, movies, gaming products, licensed merchandise, and collectibles. The company supplies products to more than 35,000 retail and e-commerce storefronts and also provides fulfillment, inventory management, and authentication services.

For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, Alliance Entertainment reported an 8% increase in revenue to $1.15 billion, compared with $1.06 billion in fiscal 2025. The company continued to strengthen its market position through physical-media distribution relationships with major studios, including Paramount and Amazon MGM Studios.

On September 10, 2026, Alliance Entertainment reported fourth-quarter revenue of $268.10 million, exceeding the estimated $234.95 million. Quarterly revenue increased approximately 18% year over year, supported by demand for physical music, premium home entertainment products, and collectibles.

For the full fiscal year, vinyl revenue increased 13% to $383 million, while CD revenue rose 25% to $156 million. Physical movie revenue advanced 22% to $339 million, supported by higher unit volumes and expanding studio relationships. Collectibles revenue climbed 45% to $32 million, driven by higher average selling prices, expanded licensed merchandise offerings, and continued development of proprietary products.

The company also reported quarterly earnings per share of $0.13, substantially exceeding the estimated $0.01. For the full fiscal year, gross profit increased 15% to $152.30 million, while gross margin expanded by 80 basis points to 13.3%from 12.5%.

Full-year GAAP net income declined to $13.10 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, from $15.10 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, in fiscal 2025. The fiscal 2026 results included a $7.80 million non-cash write-off related to a historical vendor rebate receivable. Excluding certain items, adjusted EBITDA increased 14% to $41.50 million, while adjusted diluted EPS rose 24% to $0.46.
