Rezolve AI (NASDAQ: RZLV) is a UK-based artificial intelligence company focused on commerce and customer-engagement technology. At approximately $2.34 per share on September 2, 2026, the company had a market capitalization of about $931 million. Its 52-week trading range was between $2.05 and $8.45. 

On September 2, Roth Capital analyst Rohit Kulkarni lowered Rezolve AI’s price target from $9.50 to $6.50 following the company’s first-half results. However, the analyst maintained a Buy rating, meaning the action was a price-target reduction rather than a rating downgrade. The revised target remained approximately 175% above a share price of $2.36.

Rezolve AI generated $130.8 million in revenue during the six months ended June 30, 2026, representing growth of approximately 1,970% from $6.3 million a year earlier. Its customer base expanded to more than 1,640, compared with more than 950 at the end of 2025. The company also reaffirmed its full-year revenue guidance of approximately $360 million.

Despite this growth, the company’s net loss widened to $139.5 million from $57.9 million. The loss included $67.5 million in non-cash charges, consisting of $41.5 million in share-based compensation, $20.4 million in depreciation and amortization, and $5.6 million in impairment expenses. Rezolve also reported an adjusted EBITDA loss of $32.6 millionand used approximately $92 million in operating cash.

The stock fell as much as 19.2% intraday on September 1 following the first-half report, although that figure did not represent its final closing decline. Management expects a stronger second half because of holiday-season demand, enterprise-deployment timing, and increased partner-led distribution. Meeting the company’s $360 million annual forecast would require approximately $229 million in second-half revenue, about 75% more than it generated in the first half.
