On September 17, Tigress Financial analyst Ivan Feinseth raised the firm’s price target for Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL) from $415 to $485 and maintained a Strong Buy rating. The new target represents approximately 39.6% upside from the September 17 closing price. Feinseth cited Alphabet’s full-stack AI leadership and its contribution to growth across Search, Cloud, and YouTube.

Alphabet’s latest results support this optimistic outlook. The company reported that Google Cloud revenue increased 82% year over year in the second quarter, driven by demand for AI infrastructure and AI solutions. Alphabet also said that nearly 90% of Fortune 100 companies use Gemini Enterprise. 

Competition from companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic remains a risk. However, Evercore ISI analyst Mark Mahaney’s research suggests that AI adoption is increasing search activity and reinforcing Google’s leadership in the search market.
