• Webull (NASDAQ: BULL) fell 19.2% after a congressional report raised national-security concerns about the brokerage’s ties to China.

• Hess Midstream (NYSE: HESM) dropped 14.6% after its transaction with Chevron reduced its projected earnings.

Webull (NASDAQ: BULL) led the decliners, falling 19.2% to $5.89 on approximately 80.92 million shares. Alamar Biosciences (NASDAQ: ALMR) fell 13.9% to $27.77 on roughly 1.14 million shares. No clear company-specific catalyst was identified for the decline.
