Market Chart
  • Nexalin (NASDAQ: NXL) fell 24.1%, despite announcing a new distribution deal, with no immediate catalyst for the decline identified.
  • Integra LifeSciences (NASDAQ: IART) dropped 21.2% after the company lowered its 2026 revenue outlook due to operational disruptions from July flooding.
  • Western Digital (NASDAQ: WDC) and Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX) declined after reports that Toshiba plans to expand AI-related hard-drive production, raising competition concerns in the data-center storage market.

On October 2, 2026, Nexalin (NASDAQ: NXL) fell 24.1% to $5.73, the steepest drop among the five stocks listed. Nexalin announced an exclusive Brazil and South America distribution and manufacturing deal for its ANVISA-approved device.

Integra LifeSciences (NASDAQ: IART) dropped 21.2% to $12.68 after the company lowered its 2026 revenue outlook. July flooding disrupted its Cincinnati operations, and the company now expects revenue of $1.634 billion to $1.654 billion, down from its previous range of $1.654 billion to $1.695 billion. It still expects strong cash generation.

Greenland Mines fell 14.3% to $7.81. Its 2026 Skaergaard program identified gallium, vanadium, and other critical minerals, with the company saying the findings support future mine planning and processing work.

Western Digital (NASDAQ: WDC) and Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX) each fell sharply after reports that Toshiba plans to expand hard-drive production for AI data centers. Western Digital fell to $415.29, while Seagate Technology declined to $848.99. The report raised concerns that stronger competition could eventually ease the hard-drive supply shortage that has benefited both companies.

Western Digital traded about 24.3 million shares, around 3.4 times its reported average, while Seagate Technology traded about 13.5 million shares, around 3.1 times its average. The selloff ranged from company-specific pressure at Integra LifeSciences to competition concerns for Western Digital and Seagate Technology.
